An Enrollment Form is used by the DTRFA to register new members in the pension plan. It also helps to identify service you may have in other Minnesota public pension funds.
The Application for Refund form is for former employees of Duluth Public Schools to request a refund of the employee contributions that were made to the pension fund. Click here to see a list of forms for new and active members. |

Benefits and Plan Provisions |

As a member of the Duluth Teachers' Retirement Fund you will be entitled to benefit payments, assuming you have the required service credit. The actual benefit that you receive depends upon serveral factors including the amount of service credit you have earned, the income you have earned and the date you were hired.
