Each December, the DTRFA publishes a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The CAFR is a detailed report of the financial operations of the DTRFA for a particular fiscal year (fiscal years run from July 1 - June 30). The CAFR has five sections: Introductory, Financial, Investment, Actuarial, and Statistical. A complete 44 page copy of the CAFR is available upon request. Call the office of the DTRFA and one will be mailed.

Actuarial Information

Each year in November the DTRFA receives a report of the actuarial condition of the pension fund. The report - called an Actuarial Valuation Report - is a "snapshot" of the fund as of June 30 each year. A full copy of the most recent actuarial valuation report is available using the link below.
